Mobile banking is available free* to customers enrolled in Online Banking. You can view your account balances and history at a glance using your mobile phone. Set up alerts, make transfers, pay bills and make deposits all from the secure mobile banking site. With mobile banking, safely manage your accounts when and where it is convenient for you. Our mobile banking services work for your lifestyle.

 

 

Getting Started:  

  • You must be enrolled in Online Banking to use Mobile Banking.  Enroll now by clicking Here.
  • Upon online Banking Enrollment Approval you may enroll in mobile banking under the User Services tab, Manage Account, Mobile Banking Enrollment. Select the link to register your iPhone® or Android™ phone.

What can I do using my mobile banking app:  

  • Check balances and view transaction activity on your accounts
  • Initiate transfers and pay bills
  • Deposit checks via our Mobile Check Deposit using your mobile phone camera.

Mobile Check Deposit

Mobile Check Deposit is a convenient, easy way to deposit checks from your mobile phone into one of your accounts. With The National Bank of Malvern Mobile Banking app on your iPhone® or Android®, you can take a photo of your check, enter the check information and securely submit your deposit for processing.

  • Mobile Check Deposit is FREE to eligible customers. There may be charges associated with text messaging and data usage on your phone. Check with your wireless phone carrier for more information
  • Personal checking and savings accounts are eligible for Mobile Check Deposit
  • iPhone® (3G or higher) with iOS 4.0 or higher. Older iPhone® and devices without a camera are not supported. .
  • Android® (2.1 or higher) with a camera that supports auto focus.

You must also download and install the latest version of The National Bank of Malvern Mobile Banking app from iTunes® or the Google Play Market.

 

Text Banking

Text banking gives you access to your accounts via text (SMS) messages on your phone. It’s a fast, easy way to look up account balances or recent account history by sending a text command to a shortcode.

  • Text Banking will work on any text message (SMS) capable phone from one of our supported carriers. 
  • You can use both the mobile app and the text banking options from the same phone. To do so you will need to activate each option on your phone prior to use.
  • You will only receive messages when you specifically request them with one of the Text Banking commands or if you subscribe to Mobile Alerts.

 

*The National Bank of Malvern does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. However, your wireless carrier may charge fees for data usage and text messaging services.
