Hard to believe that the holiday season is fast approaching and 2026 is right around the corner. What a special time of the year! An opportunity to reflect on this year and what we accomplished and what we wish we would have done. Also, the time to look forward to a new year and make plans for the things we didn’t get around to doing this year. A time to enjoy the upcoming holidays and spend time with family, friends and loved ones. A time to consider what we can do to help others to make it a joyful season. No doubt, it’s a very busy time of the year with shopping, parties, parades, volunteering, decorating or just enjoying all the activity around you……. Phew…. I’m exhausted just writing about all this. Whatever makes your holidays special to you, we here at National Bank of Malvern hope you find it and take the time to enjoy every moment. As I have said time and time again, please remember to “shop local” and support local businesses, many of whom are our friends and neighbors. This time of the year is also the season of “Giving” and I would encourage those who are able to give, to not only “shop local” but to “give local.” Many of our local non-profits struggle to support those in need, especially during this time of the year.
