Get Started:
- You must be enrolled in Online Banking to use Mobile Banking.
- Once successfully enrolled in Online Banking, you may enroll in Mobile Banking. Visit the App (Apple) or Play (Android) Store from your mobile phone to download the app appropriate version for your mobile provider.

Mobile Check Deposit is a convenient, easy way to deposit checks from your mobile phone into one of your accounts. With The National Bank of Malvern Mobile Banking app on your iPhone® or Android®, you can take a photo of your check, enter the check information and securely submit your deposit for processing.
- Mobile Check Deposit is FREE to eligible customers! There may be charges associated with text messaging and data usage through your telephone provider. Check with carrier for more information.
- Personal Checking & Savings accounts are eligible for Mobile Deposit (Commercial customer? Ask about our Remote Deposit Capture services!)
To access the Mobile Check deposit feature, personal customers should:
- Log into your account from the NBM app
- Select Deposits from bottom navigation bar
- Select account to receive deposit
- Enter amount of deposit
- Take photos (must allow app access to take pictures and record video) of front and back of item
- Ensure item is endorsed “Mobile Deposit Only to NBM”
- Confirm information manually entered and electronically captured is accurate
- Submit deposit
You must also download and install the latest version of The National Bank of Malvern Mobile Banking app from iTunes® or the Google Play Market.
Text banking gives you access to your accounts via text (SMS) messaging on your phone. It’s a fast, easy way to look up account balances or recent history by sending a text command to a short code number.
- Text Banking may only be activated when logged on to the desktop version of the NBM Online Banking portal:
- When logged in, select “Services & Settings” then “Text Banking”
- Select Enroll New Device
- Enter phone number
- Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Hit Next
- Enter Registration Code (sent via SMS text message) and select “Add Device”
Available Text Banking Commands:
- B = Balance View available balances for all accounts
- H = History: View recent transactions per account
- C = Command: Show available Text Banking actions
- HE = Help: View help for Text Banking
- S = Stop: Unenroll from Text Banking Services
